This year’s event will spotlight Google’s latest innovations in smartphones, AI, and connected devices. The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold are all likely to be revealed—alongside new accessories like the Pixel Watch 4 and potentially the Pixel Buds 2a.

A major hardware change is expected with the introduction of the Tensor G5 chip, Google’s first to be manufactured by TSMC using a 3nm process. This means better performance and energy efficiency compared to previous generations.

On the camera side, rumors suggest the base Pixel 10 may include a telephoto lens, while the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold could come equipped with a 50MP Samsung GN8 sensor. Despite global inflation and ongoing supply chain issues, pricing is expected to remain consistent with last year’s models.

In addition to new phones, the event might offer a glimpse at Google’s rumored XR smart glasses, continuing the company’s push into immersive technology. As always, Google is expected to showcase AI advancements and Android 16 improvements.

This announcement comes just one week after Samsung revealed its Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, setting the stage for a competitive late-summer tech season.

Since its 2016 debut, the Pixel brand has steadily gained traction, especially in North America. Known for its clean Android experience and best-in-class cameras, the Pixel series has carved out a loyal following—and this year’s launch may push that even further.
